Coastal Investigators Program Description

Sessions run on Tuesday afternoons over 5 weeks from 4:15pm to 5:45pm. Different themes are explored each week using engaging activities like treasure hunts, drawing, painting, games and even some engineering.

The cost is $100 for the full program. Discounts are available for annual pass holders – please speak with staff to arrange this. Activities are updated regularly to reflect participants' interests.

 Need to know

This program is recommended for ages 7 to 12. Outdoor activities are weather and tide-dependent. Emails will be sent weekly prior to each session confirming activities and details. Outdoor activities require suitable clothing and footwear, hats, and drink bottles. Indoor activities will be provided in the instance of inclement weather.

Health and Safety

Our two educators have valid Working with Children Checks and have undertaken behaviour management and child protection training. Both educators are certified First Aid providers and are trained in the management of anaphylaxis and asthma. If your child has a medical condition that we need to be aware of please provide a medical management plan, including written instructions for administering care.

We are committed to the health and safety of all staff and participants. If your child is unwell, please do not attend the session. 

Photo identification matching the name of the parent, guardian, or person authorised for pick up, will be required on collection of children.
